Planning a Party?

Many of our incredible amenities are available for residents to reserve for private use. We can tailor to suit your corporate event, birthday party, holiday event, wedding and much more at Sycamore House, The Lodge, either of the resort-style pools or an outdoor pavilion. 

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

  - Wedding Package applications are accepted up to fifteen (15) months in advance for Members and up to twelve (12) months in advance for Non-Members.

  - Clubhouse requests (Members only) are accepted six (6) months in advance; please book at least 30 days in advance.

  - Pool/Pavilion reservations (Members only) must be booked online at least 14 days in advance, but no more than 60 days in advance.
