Join the spirit of community with family, friends, and neighbors as we celebrate our Nation’s birthday! Enjoy an evening of fun including live music, entertainment, food/drink, and more, ending with a finale of fireworks overlooking Willow Lake. Bring a blanket, lawn chairs, and picnic, if you wish. Gates open at 4 PM on event day. All attendees 21+ must bring a valid ID. This event is FREE for residents but please be sure to register online in advance and have your e-tickets ready.

FAQs

Do I need to register in advance?

Yes. Please be sure to register online in advance using the "Kindly, Register Here" button below. All attendees must present an e-ticket for entry.

Does everyone in my household need an e-ticket?

Yes. All attendees (including children and infants) must present an e-ticket for entry to the event.

What if I need assistance registering or my household members are not showing on my CivicRec account?

Please contact HOA@willowsford.com for assistance. If your household members are not showing on your CivicRec account (or you have member updates) please let us know as soon as possible.

Where can I find my e-ticket(s)?

Your e-ticket(s) are emailed to you after registering, located in the attachment of the transaction receipt sent from CivicRec. Tickets are sent to the primary account holder listed in CivicRec. If you do not see your tickets, please check your junk folder and/or check with other members of your family. Each registered attendee is assigned their own unique ticket; barcode will be scanned upon entry.

When does online registration end?

Event registration ends at 11:59 PM on Thursday, June 29th. Please register early so that if you run into any issues or problems, we have time to properly assist you.

Can I bring a guest?

Guest tickets may be purchased upon arrival: Limit of 4 guests per household ($5 each). Credit card payments only, please.

What are my food/drink options?

Willowsford Kitchen will be offering a variety of PICNIC BASKETS at Family Picnic & Fireworks but orders must be placed in advance by June 25th! When registering for the event on CivicRec, select the “add-on prompt” to view menus and purchase. Picnics will be available to pick up between 6-9 PM on the outdoor patio at Family Picnic & Fireworks. In the mood for SWEET TREATS? Various vendors will be selling ice cream, shaved ice, and more. That's not all...Tip-Top-Tap Truck will be pouring ice cold BEER & HARD SELTZER for purchase. Credit card payments only, please. Attendees may bring their own picnic and beer/wine, also.

A detailed standalone email will be distributed to the community a few days prior to the event. Please be on the lookout for this email which will include parking information, event maps, reminders and further details.
