Resident Board Member Update

"Hello Everyone. We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and are revved up for an exciting 2020!

We conducted our bi-monthly HOA Board of Directors (BOD) meeting on January 16th in the afternoon. As you may know, we’ve been alternating our board meetings between evening and afternoon sessions so that residents have an opportunity to attend at least every other meeting without too much impact on their work or home schedule. Interestingly we’ve noticed in the last few meetings that more residents come to the daytime meetings. With that in mind, we plan to continue alternating meeting times during 2020." Continue reading here.

HOA Board of Directors Election Information

The Association (HOA) Board of Directors is transitioning to an all-resident board on March 30, 2020 at the Annual Meeting. There are five (5) seats up for election for two and three-year terms.

The Call for Candidates was recently emailed to members. The deadline for candidate submissions is February 19th. If you have any questions, please contact HOA@willowsford.com
A “Meet the Candidates” event is scheduled for 6:30 PM on February, 27th at Sycamore House to provide an opportunity for residents to learn more about each of the candidates prior to voting.

For this election, the Board is transitioning to electronic voting and has selected “The Inspectors of Election” an independent third party vendor to administer the election. Owners of record will receive an email with unique user credentials to vote electronically. One vote per household is permitted.
