Snow Removal Information
As we prepare for the possibility of snow Sunday and Monday, please review the following important information of what to expect and when regarding snow removal. Additionally, click here to visit the snow removal page on our website for more information and FAQs.
The Fitness Center is currently scheduled to be open Sunday under normal operating hours (7 AM to 3 PM). If the fitness center schedule changes, or there are any closures including HOA offices, we will notify you via the website and/or Willowsford Life Facebook page. Don't forget to sign up for "Notify Me" on the website homepage to receive texts when notifications are updated on the website.
Snow removal will be managed through a combination of on-site and remote communication with our experienced vendor, KT Enterprises. KT will generally start plowing after the snow has reached a depth of 2 inches on the roadway and is still falling.
For streets maintained by the HOA, common area sidewalks, and lot service (Courtyards), snow removal may continue for several hours after the snow has stopped falling, depending on the overall snow accumulation. Areas under HOA responsibility are serviced in the following order:
- Private Streets (Loop Lanes, Village Greens, Courtyards) followed by;
- Amenity parking lots and;
- Courtyard on-lot service then;
- Common area sidewalks

For streets maintained by the builder, please contact your specific builder for snow removal infomation.
Development is taking over responsibility for several streets that are listed as builder responsibility until they are turned over to VDOT. Should you have any snow removal issues with the following sections, please contact HOA@willowsford.com

- Greens - sections 12, 13, 14, and 16
