We're (Only) Halfway to Reaching Quorum
While there is no election this year, a quorum of ten percent (10%) of the total votes in the Association (estimated 231 units/lots out of 2307 total lots recorded) is still required either in person or by proxy to call the 2021 Annual Meeting to order and transact business. To appoint a proxy to attend the Annual Meeting in your place, please complete and submit the proxy form which enables electronic signature. Even if you plan to attend the meeting virtually, please go ahead and complete the proxy to reduce wait time establishing quorum.
Submit only 1 proxy form per household. As explained on the form, all proxy forms must be in writing, identify the Lot for which it is given, signed by the Member(s), dated, and submitted before the annual meeting. Given the size of the community and to ensure that quorum is met, the proxy form appoints the Secretary of the Board of Directors as your default proxy. At the conclusion of the Annual meeting, the Board will hold a brief Organizational Meeting to appoint its officers.
