Since the start of the state-wide mandated COVID restrictions, Willowsford has been monitoring the regulations and guidelines on a daily basis. In accordance with the Governor's latest orders, the Association is happy to announce that effective Saturday, May 29th, operations will return to normal with a few minor changes. Thank you for hanging in there with us! Please read below for further details. We look forward to a fantastic summer at Willowsford.
Sycamore Pool & Lodge Pool Hours of Operation
Open 11 AM - 8 PM Daily, including Holidays
May 29th – September 6th
Tentatively scheduled to open daily including holidays on June 16th. We will provide firm dates and hours of operations soon.
Pools & Splash Park Access
Capacity restrictions have lifted! What does this mean for Willowsford? Timeslots are no longer necessary. Access to the pools and splash park is first-come, first-served. Reservations previously booked through CivicRec will be deleted and removed from the system.
Resident entry is monitored by key fob. Upon check-in, the lifeguards will request each family swipe their fob for entry. No additional pool passes or cards are needed. Please note, the Association reserves the right to request identification.
All patrons will be required to sign an assumption of risk waiver at the time of entry. A parent/guardian will sign on behalf of minors. Unaccompanied minors between 12 and 17 years of age visiting the pool or splash park without a parent/guardian must have a valid copy of the assumption of risk waiver completed, signed/dated, and submitted electronically by a parent/guardian.
The safety of our members and guests is our top priority. Please adhere to the instructions of the lifeguards and the pool policy found in the Pool & Splash Park Policy and Amenity Usage Guidelines. If your child is unable to swim, you must be within arm’s reach of your child at all times. Rafts and inflatables are not permitted. All persons 5 years old and up must wear a mask in accordance with CDC guidelines, which currently state fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance.
Separate pool passes are available for contracted buyers (those who are in process of building a new-construction home, but have yet to settle.) If you are a contracted buyer, please contact the Association at HOA@willowsford.com to arrange for pickup of your complimentary pass, good for 10 family visits during the season. Guests are not permitted until after settlement.
Caregiver AccessIf a caregiver will be accompanying resident children to the pool in lieu of parent/legal guardian, please complete the Caregiver Registration Form. Caregivers are required to present photo ID to confirm they are registered. Please note that if a caregiver is accompanying an adult member with the children, they will need a guest pass to enter.
Guest PassesResidents are permitted to bring up to four (4) guests to the pool, per household, per visit at a cost of $3 per guest. You may pre-purchase a guest pass card (which includes 10 guest passes per card) or pay-as-you-go at the pool check in desk. Please note that neither the Association or the pool staff accept cash. Guest passes do not expire. Passes purchased prior to the 2021 season will be accepted. Children under the age of 2 years old do not require a guest pass.
Pool Party Space Rentals
Celebrate at the pool! 2-hour and 3-hour rentals are available at the pools for groups of 25 or less. Begin the reservation process by contacting the Lifestyle Team at email@example.com.
Under previous protocols, group swim lessons were not going to be offered this season, but we are working on making lessons available and will provide more details when available.
Kayaks & Canoes
The boats at Willow Lake will be available for use beginning Saturday, May 29th through Monday, September 6th on a first-come, first-served basis during the pool operational hours.
Boat usage is free of charge. Prior to use, residents must visit The Lodge Pool front desk to check-in with their key fob, complete the boat usage agreements, assumption of risk form, and receive a boat ticket. Once checked-in, residents can head down to the boat shed by Willow Lake where they will provide the attendant with their ticket and receive assistance getting a boat and life vests.
Personal kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards are permitted on Willow Lake after following the above check-in process.
Unaccompanied minors between 14 and 17 years of age must have the boat usage agreements and assumption of risk completed by their parent/legal guardian prior to usage.
