Additional Pool Closures

Due to lifeguard shortages, our pool contractor is unable to staff the pools as we near the end of pool season. We understand your frustration and are equally frustrated that our pool company is not able to adequately provide staff. The revised operating hours are listed below. 

The Association expects to receive a credit for the lack of service which goes to the overall bottom line of the Association. While refunds cannot be provided directly to you, Section 12.2 of the Charter addresses surplus allocation assuming there is an overall surplus at the end of 2021.
