Home-Based Businesses Including Child CarePOLICY CHANGE! On July 14th, at their regularly scheduled meeting, the Board adopted a policy governing use of Lots for home-based businesses. This has been a topic discussed in the community for quite some time. The Board of Directors seeks to protect and promote the residential character of the community. Simultaneously, the Board recognizes that some forms of home offices and businesses are not inconsistent with the residential nature of the property. The purpose of this policy is to help define the parameters of home offices and businesses that are acceptable within the community. There are provisions regarding the use of lots for child care. The policy includes a maximum number of children, prohibits use of Willowsford facilities/amenities in connection with the business, requires notification to the Association, etc. Please click here to review the policy in its entirety and ensure you are in compliance if operating a home-based business.
