Coffee & Conversation

Friday, August 12th from 9 - 10 AM at The Lodge. It’s not always easy to attend Board Meetings, and even if you do, we can’t always work through the issue at length during the meeting. Join Rebecca, HOA Community Manager, and Susan, Assistant HOA Community Manager, to share your ideas or concerns about the HOA community over a cup of coffee.

Grove Trail Repairs

We are excited to announce NVM Paving is expected to perform trail repairs in The Grove the week of August 22nd - September 2nd (weather permitting). You may see representatives from NVM Paving marking the areas assigned for repairs prior to beginning work. Portions of trails under construction will be closed with caution tape and/or cones. Please avoid walking in these sections for your safety. The caution tape and cones will remain for 24 hours after the work in each location has been completed to ensure the area has had time to “set”. Trails will remain open during construction; however, if you encounter the crews working or areas that are caution taped, please walk around them, and continue to enjoy your walk. We appreciate your patience as we update the trail system throughout the Willowsford community.  

Greens Trail from The Lodge to LCPS Complete

As you may know, the HOA has been working with LCPS to create a trail connection from The Lodge to the Lightridge / Hovatter School campus to provide a safe means for more Willowsford Children to walk/bike to school. The HOA portion of the trail is complete and the LCPS portion is under construction and will be ready for the first day of school. We hope our parents and school kids enjoy this new feature and have a great 22-23 school year!

The Design Review Committee meets monthly at Sycamore House with resident forum opening at 9 AM. For more information about the Design Review process, click here.

Concert Series

Saturday, August 13th from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM at Ellenvale Park. This one's for the kiddos! Dance and sing along with The Grandsons, Jr. Bring a blanket, chairs, and snacks to enjoy a morning of family fun. Registration not required to attend. Location: 25630 Ellenvale Farm Drive, Aldie, VA 20105.

Dive-In Movie

Friday, August 19th at 8:30 PM at Lodge Pool. We will be featuring the movie THE BAD GUYS (PG). Come early to swim and stay through the movie! Registration not required; admission is handled on a first-come, first-served basis until the pool reaches capacity. Please ensure that floats used in the pool are limited to arm floaties, vests, small innertubes, etc. Larger floats and rafts are not permitted for safety reasons. Rain Date: Friday, August 26th.  

Swim Lessons by LetSwim

Willowsford Fit

Our state-of-the-art Fitness Center is located inside The Lodge in The Greens. The facility offers Matrix cardio machines, circuit training weight machines and free weights. Cardio machines include iPhone/iPod connectors and personal TV stations. Key fob access is available to residents in good standing.
