HOA Board of Directors Election InformationThe Association (HOA) Annual Meeting and election is Thursday, March 23rd at Sycamore House. Three (3) Owner Directors of the Board will be elected. Two (2) candidates will be elected to a two-year term and one (1) candidate will be elected to a one-year term commencing immediately following the Annual meeting. Please note: At this time, there are no candidates or current Board members from The Grange or The Grove. While it's not required to have candidates or Board members from each village, we do want to ensure all villages have the opportunity.
The Call for Candidates was recently emailed to members. The deadline for candidate submissions is COB February 7th. If you have any questions, please contact HOA@willowsford.com. The Inspectors of Election, the same independent third party vendor who administered the past two elections, will be doing so this year. Owners of record will receive an email with unique user information to vote electronically. One vote per household is permitted.
Meet the Candidates Night is scheduled for 6:30 PM on February 15th at The Lodge to provide an opportunity for residents to learn more about each of the candidates prior to voting.

Board of Supervisors Adopts New Precinct Boundaries & Polling PlacesNEW! As part of the next phase in the local redistricting process, the Board of Supervisors adopted amendments to the Codified Ordinances of Loudoun County, Chapter 209, Voting Precincts and Polling Places, which revise the county’s precinct boundaries and polling places. Once certified by the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Loudoun County Office of Elections and Voter Registration will implement the changes later this year. Click here for additional information.

Substation & Blasting Meeting Follow Up NEW! Dominion Energy, the Chief Marshall of the Loudoun County Fire Marshall’s office, and Representatives from Supervisor Buffington’s office met with residents last Thursday to discuss the new substation and blasting procedures.
