Board of Supervisors Adopts New Precinct Boundaries & Polling Places
As part of the next phase in the local redistricting process, the Board of Supervisors adopted amendments to the Codified Ordinances of Loudoun County, Chapter 209, Voting Precincts and Polling Places, which revise the county’s precinct boundaries and polling places. Once certified by the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Loudoun County Office of Elections and Voter Registration will implement the changes later this year. Click here for additional information.
Substation & Blasting Meeting Follow Up
Dominion Energy, the Chief Marshall of the Loudoun County Fire Marshall’s office, and Representatives from Supervisor Buffington’s office met with residents last Thursday to discuss the new substation and blasting procedures. A copy of the Dominion PowerPoint Presentation can be found in the Document Center of the website as well as a copy of the Blasting Complaint Procedures provided by the Fire Marshall.

Valentine's Cookie Class
6 SPOTS LEFT; registration closes 2/8! Monday, February 13th from 4:30 - 6:30 PM at Sycamore House. Join Chef Emily in the kitchen to make a take-home box of Valentine’s Day cookies. Kids will decorate sugar cookies with royal icing, buttercream icing and sprinkles galore! They’ll learn several new techniques but also be given lots of chances to create their own magical designs. They will also make Heart Sandwich Cookies, Love Bugs and more. Each child will go home with a box of their creations to share. A festive snack will be served. Cost is $50/person, ages 5-12 only. St. Paddy's Day Leprechaun Party
SOLD OUT! Friday, March 17th from 4:30 - 6:30 PM at Sycamore House. How do you catch a leprechaun? We’ll be making a variety of sweet treats to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Willowsford Kitchen and see if we can catch a leprechaun or two. Kids will prepare a variety of holiday-themed sweet treats to take home, including Leprechaun Cookies, Green Fudge, Pots o’ Gold and Lucky Shamrocks. A festive green snack will be served. Cost is $50/person, ages 5-12 only.
Date Night in the Kitchen
SOLD OUT! Saturday, March 4th from 5:30 - 8:30 PM at The Lodge. Join us in Willowsford Kitchen for a unique date experience. Chef Emily will guide you and your partner through preparing a romantic, seasonal meal. Experienced cooks and newbies alike will have fun making and devouring their meal in this hands-on experience. Group Fitness Classes
Willowsford group fitness classes have returned! Classes vary by location, duration and frequency to better suit your busy life. With six options to choose from, there’s sure to be something for everyone. Cost varies by offering, 18+ only.
Our state-of-the-art Fitness Center is located inside The Lodge in The Greens. The facility offers Matrix cardio machines, circuit training weight machines and free weights. Cardio machines include iPhone/iPod connectors and personal TV stations. Key fob access is available to residents in good standing.

Social Club is having a chili cook-off on Saturday, February 25th from 6 - 9 PM at Sycamore House. It's time to see who is going to own the bragging rights for the best tasting chili in Willowsford. If you have a killer chili recipe, bring it on! Meat, meatless, with beans, without beans...all are welcome. Entry in the cook off is optional; connoisseurs of exceptional taste and legendary palettes are encouraged to attend to help decide the winner(s).

Backyard Conservation Program
Wednesday, February 15th from 4 - 5 PM at the Boat House. We will be discussing how residents can engage in Conservation from their yards, including how to use native plants in the gardens, engage in conservation projects in open spaces behind resident yards, and how to become better neighbors with our wildlife. It is also an excellent opportunity for residents to come and ask questions about the Conservancy, volunteering, etc. Register Here
