Street Tree & Common Area Mulching

NEW! Down to Earth Landscaping (DTE) has begun mulching common areas and street trees throughout the community. This means spring is right around the corner! Mulching has started in The Grange and DTE will work their way through all four villages in the next few weeks. We look forward to having everything mulched and looking great for spring! 

Annual Meeting & Election Information

The HOA Annual Meeting will be held Thursday, March 23rd at 6:30 PM at Sycamore House and via Zoom. There are three (3) seats open; two (2) candidates for a two-year term and one (1) candidate for a one-year term. Each eligible household should have received an email with unique credentials to access the Willowsford voting website. Please visit www.tieivote.com and enter your unique username and password listed in the email. You will be directed to Willowsford Homeowners Association’s voting website where you can view the official notice and information about the annual meeting, view materials regarding the election, and access the online ballot. Please take advantage of this system. We encourage you to vote online, but if you cannot, please contact the office. We encourage you to attend the meeting to learn the results of the election, meet your neighbors and learn more about your community. At the conclusion of the Annual Meeting, the new Board will hold a brief Organizational Meeting.

Voting will close at noon on March 23rd, the day of the Annual Meeting. If you have any questions, please contact The Inspectors of Election at info@tieivote.com or 888-211-5332. You may also contact staff at HOA@willowsford.com for general questions about the election.

Dominion Wishing Star Substation Open House

Wednesday, March 15th at Sycamore House from 5 - 7 PM. Dominion will be hosting a Wishing Star Substation open house. Experts will be on-site to discuss all aspects of the project and to answer any questions you may have. This will be an open house style event so come when you can and stay as long as like between those hours.

Overnight On-Street Parking Reminder

Willowsford’s Community Charter prohibits overnight parking of vehicles on public or private streets. Feedback from a resident survey conducted in 2021 showed that the majority of those participating in the survey wanted to keep the existing rule and enforcement procedures. Overnight on-street parking can cause safety hazards including restricting access for emergency vehicles and residents. Violations for overnight on-street parking may result in sanctions and loss of privileges.

Design Review

The Design Review Committee meets monthly at Sycamore House with resident forum opening at 9 AM. For more information about the Design Review process, click here.

Camp Willowsford Announcement

This year marks Camp Willowsford's 10th year in existence. We are thrilled to offer an amazingly fun, one-of-a-kind experience for your children this summer. Camp Willowsford will instill in your child a lifelong love for nature, good food and healthy living, foster talents and explore unknown capabilities—all in your very own backyard!

Camp Willowsford will be offered over four weeks, from July 17th through August 11th. Our Lifestyle Team is hard at work behind to scenes to provide the very best experience possible. Thursday Supper Club

Let Willowsford Kitchen make mid-weeknight dinner a breeze by ordering our fully-prepared and ready to reheat meals! Supper Club runs every Thursday through March 23rd. Menus have been crafted by Chef Emily to highlight Willowsford Farm’s harvest and the Kitchen’s network of local, artisan producers. Sign up for as many weeks as you choose. St. Paddy's Day Leprechaun Party

SOLD OUT! Friday, March 17th from 4:30 - 6:30 PM at Sycamore House. How do you catch a leprechaun? We’ll be making a variety of sweet treats to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Willowsford Kitchen and see if we can catch a leprechaun or two. Kids will prepare a variety of holiday-themed sweet treats to take home, including Leprechaun Cookies, Green Fudge, Pots o’ Gold and Lucky Shamrocks. A festive green snack will be served. Cost is $50/person, ages 5-12 only. 

Willowsford Kitchen

Willowsford Kitchen offers culinary classes, wine tastings, pairing dinners, workshops for kids, meals to-go, catering services, and much more! Menus highlight Willowsford Farm’s harvest and the Kitchen’s network of local, artisan producers. 

Group Fitness Classes

Q1 Fitness Programming is underway, so if you didn't signup this time, please be on the lookout for future offerings. We look forward to the re-launch of Willowsford Fit and welcome any participant feedback!

Willowsford Fit

Our state-of-the-art Fitness Center is located inside The Lodge in The Greens. The facility offers Matrix cardio machines, circuit training weight machines and free weights. Cardio machines include iPhone/iPod connectors and personal TV stations. Key fob access is available to residents in good standing.

Bunco Babes Club

Thursday, March 16th at 7 PM at The Lodge. It’s game night! You don't have to know how to play. We are happy to help you learn. Please bring an appetizer or dessert to share and whatever you'd like to drink. Players will also need $10 for Bunco and $3 to play Left, Center, Right. Hope to see you there. Social Club

Saturday, March 25th at The Lodge from 6 - 9 PM. Spring has sprung! Time to put away the winter attire and celebrate the new season with your friends from Willowsford's Social Club. Willowsford Waves

The Willowsford Waves, our neighborhood developmental swim team, is excited to kick off our ninth summer swim season! To accommodate all interested swimmers in our community, the Waves offers two teams: a North team for residents of The Grange and The Grant that swim at Sycamore Pool, and a South team for residents of The Greens and The Grove that swim at the Lodge Pool.
