It’s hard to believe, but summer is almost here! The Association Team and our contractors have been working diligently to ensure our resort-style pools are ready for you to enjoy. We look forward to another great summer at Willowsford!

Pool Schedule: May 26, 2018 – September 3, 2018:
- Daily, including Holidays: 11 AM to 8 PM
Safety: The safety of our members and guests is our top priority. Please adhere to the instructions of the lifeguards and the pool policy. Pool Access: Resident entry into the pools is monitored by key fob. Upon check-in, the guards will request each resident swipe their fob for entry. No additional pool passes are needed. Please note that the staff reserves the right to request additional identification. For contracted buyers (those who are in process of building, but have yet to settle), access to the pools is by contracted buyer pass only. If you are a contracted buyer, please contact the Association at hoa@willowsford.com to arrange for pickup of your complimentary family visit guest pass good for 10 visits during the season.
Guest Passes: Residents are permitted to bring up to four (4) guests to the pool per household per visit at a cost of $3 per guest. You may pre-purchase a 2018 guest pass card (which includes 10 guest passes per card) or pay as you go with the pool staff. May 23 – May 25, residents may purchase up to 2 guest pass cards at 50% off! Stop by The Lodge or Sycamore House to purchase up to 2 cards per household for $15 each, instead of $30. Please note that the Association and the pool staff do not accept cash.
Swim Lessons: We are pleased to announce that LetSwim will be our swim lesson provider this year. Both day and evening lessons will be offered beginning in June. Click HERE to register! Please select either Sycamore Pool or Lodge Pool under the location filter drop-down menu.
Kayaks and Canoes: The boats at Willow Lake will be available for use beginning Saturday, May 26 through Monday, September 3, 2017 on a first-come, first-served basis Tuesday – Sunday from 11 AM – 8 PM (including holidays). Although boat usage is free of charge, residents must complete boat usage agreements and show their key fob prior to use. Please see the boat attendant at Willow Lake to check out a boat!
Splash Parties June 13: Celebrate the start of summer vacation at Willowsford! DJ’s will be at the pools to keep the party pumping! This event is free for Willowsford residents! Register here!
Dive-In Movies: Your Lifestyle Team has two Dive-In Movies scheduled this year. Save the dates: July 13 and August 17. More details to come!
Willowsford Waves Swim Team: Registration for our community swim team is open. If you have a child that loves to swim and is interested in joining the Willowsford Waves for our fourth season, check out their website at Willowsfordwaves.com. The team is open to all swimmers ages 5-18 that are Willowsford residents and to future residents that have a signed contract and are registered with the HOA. For children, younger than 5 or those that are not quite ready for the "big" swim team, we have a Mini-Waves program designed to prepare swimmers for the next level.
