Sledding Hill Activity Update
 - At the behest of the HOA, Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has increased patrols at the sledding hills in the Greens. Due to reports of late night gatherings and trespassing, increased patrols began in the summer and have continued.   Staff and LCSO meet periodically to review patrol findings and any additional reports. Recently, LCSO reported Deputies have been periodically sighting individuals at or near the Sledding Hills at night. Those individuals have been notified that non-residents are trespassing and may be prosecuted, while residents are notified that the amenities close at dusk and all have been escorted off the property.  We will continue to work with LCSO and ask residents to call the LCSO non-emergency number 703-777-1021 if you spot anyone in the area that looks suspicious or after dark.

Roundabout Planned at Braddock Road and Lightridge Farm Road - The Development Team is pleased to report progress with the County and LCPS regarding the traffic issues on Braddock Road. In order to fix the substandard intersection on Braddock Road and accommodate the additional traffic that will be turning on and off Lightridge Farm Road when the new high school opens, LCPS is submitting for approval to add a roundabout and realign the intersection at Lightridge Farm and Braddock Roads. The roundabout may also serve to aid calming of speeds in the vicinity along Braddock. Currently we do not have a timeline for completion but expect it will be required prior to the school opening.
