Gym Use Reminder

Summer is here and school is finally out and we expect to see many of you out and about the community using the amenities. For their safety, please remember that without prior authorization, children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the gym.

Dulles Airport Noise Study Workshops – June 27 and 28

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is undertaking an effort in 2018 to update the noise contour maps for Washington Dulles International Airport. The objective of this effort is to provide updated noise contour maps that can help guide land use compatibility planning in the region. For more information click here.

Pools Schedule

May 26, 2018 – September 3, 2018
Daily, including Holidays: 11 AM to 8 PM

Key fob clarification for pool access: Only one key fob is required for families to enter the pool. All family members listed on your household registration form are listed under each key fob in the system.

Community Standards Inspection Reminder

The following sections in The Grove and Greens can expect to see Fatima and Kirk over the next few Months: Grove 3A; 3B, 4A, 4B, 5; Greens 3, 4A, 4B, 5A. Click here to determine what section your street is in. Kirk and Fatima will be dressed in Willowsford Gear and/or wearing an ID lanyard. You can expect to see them taking pictures and walking along the property. Due to the increasing summer temperatures, you may see Fatima and Kirk as early as 8 AM.

Board of Directors Meeting

The Board of Directors meets every other month. The next board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 12th at Sycamore House. Open session and resident comment period expected to start at 6 PM.

4th Annual Family Picnic & Fireworks

Tuesday, July 3rd from 6 to 9:30 PM on the Lodge Lawn. Celebrate the spirit of community with family friends and neighbors on the eve of our nation’s birthday. Enjoy an evening of fun activities including a family picnic, 11 food trucks, live music from Low Low Chariot, beer and wine, face painting, glitter tattoos and bubbles. End the day with a finale of lakeside fireworks! Bring a blanket and lawn chairs and have fun! All attendees 18+ must bring a valid ID to enter the event.

Dive-In Movie

Friday, July 13th from 8:30 to 11 PM at The Lodge Pool. Gather with family and neighbors for a fun, FREE movie. The movie will begin when the sun goes down; We'll be showing Wreck-It Ralph on the large screen. Come early to swim and stay through the movie! Registration for this event is not required.

Willowsford 101

Thursday, July 26th from 6:30 to 8 PM at The Lodge. If you have not already attended Willowsford 101, please join us! Team members from the HOA, Lifestyle, Kitchen, Conservancy and the Farm will be present to give you an overview of each aspect of our beautiful community. This fun, interactive evening is a great opportunity to learn about your community and mingle with your neighbors! Space is limited. Register here!

Willowsford Social Club BBQ

June 23rd from 6 to 9 PM at The Lodge. The BBQ is bring-your-own-meat, side dish and beverage. Children are welcome.

Willowsford Wine Club North

Our June Rose Wine Club event is this Thursday, June 21st. Come join your awesome neighbors for a fun, fabulous night of rose under the stars in Sycamore House and the Courtyard. This is a BYOW event, open to ALL Willowsford residents (kids are welcome but must be supervised). Bring a bottle (or two!) of your favorite Rose and an appetizer to share! Hope you can join us!
