Amended Due Process Resolution – As guidelines, rules and other various documents are approved, they are added to the website in an effort to keep owners informed. The Board approved an amended resolution pertaining to Due Process within Willowsford. The primary reason for the amendment was to include specifics regarding unit maintenance such as lawn and landscaping. Amenity Use and Rental Guidelines – The Board also recently approved revisions to the Amenity Use Guidelines and Rental Fees (below) within Willowsford. Full building rental fees have been reduced and various add-on costs removed. Please contact Lifestyle@willowsford.com to book your next celebration! Willowsford Waves Swim Team – Please join us for an information meeting on Wednesday, March 22 at 7:30 PM at The Lodge. This will be an opportunity for potential members to learn about our community’s summer swim team and for current members to hear what’s in store for the coming season. Registration begins March 20, and our annual suit fitting has been scheduled for Sunday, May 7 from 1 to 2:30 PM at The Lodge. Go Waves!
Willowsford 101 – Thursday, March 23 at The Lodge from 6:30 to 8 PM. If you have not already attended Willowsford 101, please join us! Team members from the HOA, Lifestyle, Kitchen, Conservancy and the Farm will be present to give you an overview of each aspect of our beautiful community, and you will also have the opportunity to mingle with representatives from various resident Community Groups. Dulles South School Meeting Notice – Loudoun County Public Schools will hold a community information meeting to review the proposed HS-9 and ES-29, Dulles South area high school and elementary school, and Loudoun County public use site, on March 27, 2017, at the John Champe High School cafeteria (41535 Sacred Mountain Street, Aldie, VA 20105) at 6:30 PM. Building Closure – Sycamore House will be closed March 21 from 11 AM to 3 PM for a private event.
Community Standards Inspection Reminder – The following sections in The Grange can expect to see Elexandra over the next few months: 2, 3A, 3B, 3C. Click here to determine what section your street is in. Elexandra will be dressed in Willowsford Gear and/or wearing an ID lanyard. You can expect to see her taking pictures and walking along the property.
Community Update Meeting – The Willowsford Development Team has scheduled its next Community Update meeting for April 18 at 6:30 PM at The Lodge. Please attend to learn more about improvements to our road network, plans for the adjacent school sites and parks, the proposed additions of land to The Grove and The Greens and other exciting news. In particular, many Grove residents will be interested to learn more about the revised Preliminary Plan that was submitted, (which required the posting of public notice signage around the proposed new section of homes). Residents are encouraged to register to give the HOA an accurate head count for preparations. Register here.

Boot Camp – It's not too late to sign up for Boot Camp! Willowsford is bringing fitness back with Willowsford Boot Camp, brought to you by Studio Pink Fit! We are introducing a 6-week series of Boot Camp classes March 14 through April 20 (Due to inclement weather, classes will begin March 16 at Sycamore House instead of March 14).
Classes will be held Tuesdays from 10 AM to 11 AM at The Lodge and Thursdays from 10 AM to 11 AM at Sycamore House. Sign up for Tuesdays, Thursdays, or the entire session! Don’t want to commit to the full 6 weeks? No problem! Take one class at a time by registering at the front desk!
Willowsford Boot Camp is designed to give you a full body workout with modifications for all fitness levels. Cardio and strength exercises are combined to maximize your workout for a strengthening, toning workout incorporating body resistance as well as resistance and weight training equipment. Each workout is different – utilizing the latest trends in fitness as well as the tried-and-true methods. Studio Pink Fit instructors will keep the workouts fun and exciting while giving you a kick-butt workout! Bring your water, bring a towel, and bring your neighbor!
As the fitness program grows, we plan to offer earlier and later classes to accommodate even more residents!

Camp Willowsford will instill in your child a lifelong love for nature, good food and healthy living, foster talents and explore unknown capabilities - all in your very own backyard. There’s not another camp like it. Beginning in July, we’re offering a well-rounded selection of camps that will suit your child’s interests and needs. This summer, you’ll find everything from Discover, Lost & Found in the Wilds of Willowsford, Cooking Around the World, to Lego, art and music! Each day ends with pool fun and games with the instructors.

Earth Day Bluebird Nestbox Tour – Saturday, April 22 from 9 to 10 AM. *Part of the Willowsford Social Club Earth Day event. Join us on the Farm Loop in The Grange for a nesting box tour led by Conservancy Ranger Andrew Richardson. Voices in the Night Amphibian Program – Thursday, April 27 from 7 to 9 PM at Sycamore House/Grange meadow. Have you ever listened to the nighttime sounds and wondered who was making that noise? Join us for Voices in the Night and learn how to identify local frog and toad species based solely on the sounds they make. There is something very rewarding about closing your eyes and knowing what critters are around you. So, come out and explore our local frogs and toads at Willowsford! $5/person. Register here!
