Hailing from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Suzie brings a diverse and well-rounded background that includes an early career in Communications and Marketing, more than twenty years as a former Marine Corps spouse, and extensive philanthropic volunteer service. She is a highly credentialed Community Association Manager with over a decade of experience across all facets of community leadership, including risk management, compliance, lifestyle programming, contract negotiation, capital improvement projects, communications, and facilities operations.
Suzie joins us from a large-scale, age-qualified community in New Kent, Virginia, and has held onsite management roles at a wide range of properties, including a mixed-use community of 14,000 residents, a twelve-story high-rise, a private gated community, and an amenity-rich community under development.
