We want to make it as easy as possible to register for a pool timeslot, therefore, the ability to add family members to your CivicRec account has been activated (through the weekend) to ensure you can update your account. Only permanent household members who reside in your home at least 6 months out of the year can be added. We wish everyone a safe, happy, and fun summer!First-Time CivicRec Users- Access CivicRec by clicking "Registration Catalog" below
- Click “Log In” in the upper left-hand corner
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your email address associated with WillowsfordLife.com
- A confirmation email will be sent to you from rec1.com (check spam folder)
- Follow prompts to change password
Adding Account Members- Access CivicRec by clicking "Registration Catalog" below
- Log In (see above for first-time users)
- Click "Account"
- Click "Add New Account Member"
- Enter info and save
