Amenity Closures 

The Lodge and Sycamore House will be closed Monday, October 10th.

In preparation of AutumnFest, the Fitness Center will be closed until 7 PM on Saturday, October 22nd. The Lodge and Sycamore House will be closed all day.

The Agenda is available approx. 10 days prior to the meeting and the Open Session Package is available approx. 3-4 days prior to the meeting. If you have input/feedback regarding the Agenda or any other HOA-related matter, please email HOA@willowsford.com prior to the meeting. You may also address the Board directly during Resident Comment Period at the beginning of each meeting. 

Grant & Greens Trail Repairs

NEW! We are excited to announce NVM Paving is expected to perform trail repairs in The Grant and The Greens beginning the week of October 10th (weather permitting). You may see representatives from NVM Paving marking the areas assigned for repairs prior to beginning work. Portions of trails under construction will be closed with caution tape and/or cones. Please avoid walking in these sections for your safety. The caution tape and cones will remain for 24 hours after the work in each location has been completed to ensure the area has had time to “set”. Trails will remain open during construction; however, if you encounter the crews working or areas that are caution taped, please walk around them, and continue to enjoy your walk. We appreciate your patience as we update the trail system throughout the Willowsford community.  

Annual Brush Hogging

NEW! Beginning the week of October 10th (weather permitting), Down to Earth will begin the annual community brush hogging. This will begin in The Grange followed by The Grant and The Grove, finishing in The Greens. The work will be done in stages with the large areas planned for completion first followed by a detail cutting around fences and trees.

Upcoming General Election Information

A general election will be held in Loudoun County on Tuesday, November 8th. Polls will be open from 6 AM - 7 PM. Voters must vote at their assigned precinct on Election Day. For more information, including voter precinct information and registration deadlines, click here. 

Ryan Road Widening

Ryan Road between Northstar Drive and Beaverdam Drive is currently being widened by the Brambleton developer to a four-lane, median divided roadway with a shared use path on the south side of Ryan Road and a trail on the north side of Ryan Road that extends to the golf course. Click here for additional information, including upcoming lane shifts and detours.

DRC Welcomes a New Member

Please welcome Farhat Sharmin as the newest member of the Design Review Committee. Based on the recommendation from the DRC, the Board appointed Farhat to the Committee at the last Board Meeting. Farhat is looking forward to giving back to Willowsford and making a positive impact as a volunteer. The DRC welcomes her input and fresh perspective regarding the Design Review process and looks forward to working together. 

Halloween Bark Bash

NEW! Sunday, October 30th from 12 - 2 PM at Everfield Park in The Grant. Dress up your pup(s) and come out for a promenade along the trail circling Everfield Park & Pavilion. There will be spooky tunes, pet caricature artists, locally-made dog treats, and more. Woofies South Riding-Aldie will also be on-site offering complementary nail trims (tips accepted by groomer). Registration not necessary to attend; supplies are limited. Parking is available in the Everfield Parking Lot as well as street parking along Lavender Valley Court. Spooky Cupcake Party

NEW! Saturday, October 29th from 11 AM - 1 PM at The Lodge. Let’s get in the Halloween spirit! Each child will decorate a 6-pack of wildly spooky and unique cupcakes (vanilla and chocolate). Our creepy, fantastical decorations are a surprise to be revealed the day of the class! Participants will also enjoy a Halloween themed lunch consisting of Mummy Dogs, Witches Fingers Breadsticks, and Monster Smoothies. Dressing up in your costume is wildly encouraged. This class is for children only, ages 5-12. Cost is $50/child. Register Here

Wednesday, October 26th from 6:30 - 8 PM at Sycamore House. If you're new to the community and haven't already attended Willowsford 101, please join us! Team members from the HOA, Lifestyle, Kitchen, Conservancy and Farm will be present to give you an overview of each aspect of our beautiful community. This fun, interactive evening is a great opportunity to learn more about Willowsford and mingle with your new neighbors. Register Here

Let Willowsford Kitchen make mid-weeknight dinner a breeze by ordering our fully-prepared and ready to reheat meals! Wednesday Supper Club runs every Wednesday through November 2nd. Menus have been crafted by Chef Emily to highlight Willowsford Farm’s harvest and the Kitchen’s network of local, artisan producers. Sign up for as many weeks as you choose. Bunco Babes Club

Thursday, October 20th at 7 PM at Sycamore House. It’s game night! You don't have to know how to play. We are happy to help you learn. Willowsford Fit

Our state-of-the-art Fitness Center is located inside The Lodge in The Greens. The facility offers Matrix cardio machines, circuit training weight machines and free weights. Cardio machines include iPhone/iPod connectors and personal TV stations. Key fob access is available to residents in good standing.

Farm Stand at the Boat House

Back by popular demand! Wednesday, October 13th from 4 – 6 PM. Come shop for delicious produce from our pop-up Farm Stand at the Willowsford Boat House and meet Farmer Andy. We will have pantry items, fresh vegetables, freezer items, and more available for sale. We will also have the KT Pizza food truck on site, so come by for an easy and delicious dinner!
